William Blaine Tyree

William Blaine Tyree , 84, of Scarbro, WV died on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. Born June 29, 1929 at Westerly, WV he was the son of the late William Blaine Tyree, Sr. and Tinis Margaret Rinehart Tyree Hall. Mr. Tyree was a member of the Fairview United Methodist Church, Kingston. After having worked in the West Virginia coal mines, Mr. Tyree moved to Illinois where he worked in a manufacturing plant for 28 years. A great family man, he was a huge genealogy buff. Two brothers, Billy Tyree and Wayne Hall and a sister, Donna Christensen preceded him in death. He leaves behind a loving family which include his wife of 63 years, Shirley Ann Sandy Tyree; four daughters, Karen Schultz and husband, Mark of Napierville, IL, Susan Kline and husband, Steve of New Lenox, IL, Reanna Tyree of New Lenox, IL and Alesia Wagner and husband, Mai "Tyree" of Chicago, IL; two brothers, Nick Hall and wife, Joyce of Mossy and Joey Hall and wife, Margaret of Mossy; and three sisters, Wanda Thompson of Paint Creek, Rosemary Waldron of Plainfield, IL and Jane Bell of West Palm Beach, FL. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, Jean Tyree of Ohio and Sandra Hall of East Kingston; brother-in-law, Roger Christensen of Gardner, IL; grandchildren, Alaina Odenthal, Blaine Kline and wife, Lindsay, Matthew Kline, Christopher Schultz, Kelly Benton and husband, Ryan and Maya Wagner Tyree and great grandson, Harrison Blaine Kline. Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Arolette Stover officiating. Burial will be at Rinehart Cemetery, Mossy. Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
