William was a retired machinist and was a US Navy veteran.
His wife, Judith Ray Martin Hertz and two sons, Cristopher Hertz and Kevin Hertz preceded him in death.
In accordance with his wishes, Mr. Hertz will be cremated. There will be no visitation or service.
