William Francis Fulner, 59, of Hilltop, WV died on Friday, February 27, 2004 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Mr. Fulner was born October 30, 1944. He was a disabled painter. There will be no visitation or services. Mr. Fulner was cremated.
