William Leslie Cochran

William Leslie Cochran, 86, of Beckley passed away Friday, June 22, 2018 at Raleigh General in Beckley.
Born March 13, 1932 in Kilsyth ,WV he was the son of the late Thomas, and Bertha Spade Cochran.
William was a 1950 graduate of Mount Hope High School, a retired veteran from the United States Air Force after 22 years of service, and also retired from the West Virginia Department Health and Human Resources.
He is preceded in death by a daughter, Denise Cochran; and a brother, Dennis Cochran.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Shirley Ann Blake Cochran; a daughter Cynthia Billo (Russ); a son Dennis “DJ” Cochran; three grandchildren, Leslie Anne Sullivan, Russell Billo (Leah), and Mikayla Cochran; two great grandchildren, Amelia Sullivan, and Corban Billo; and many special nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Monday, June 25, 2018 at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Pastor Benny Munsey officiating. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park.
Visitation for friends will be from 11:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M. At the Funeral Home.
