Virginia Colleen Taylor Justice

Virginia Colleen (Taylor) Justice of Robson, WV was born January 26, 1924 went to her Heavenly Home to be with Jesus and reunited with her loved ones that have gone on before her on May 22, 2014. Colleen is leaving this life with a Legacy of Love, Devotion and Friendship. She loved God first and foremost. She loved her immediate family, her church family, and her extended family, as well as her loving family at the extended care. She loved her neighbors and her many many friends. Colleen loved helping others. Her motto was "It is better to give than to receive" and she gave all of her love and devotion to others. She preached, "money is the root of all evil"; therefore, if she had a dime and thought someone else needed it – it was theirs. Colleen’s most famous saying of all "God Makes No Mistakes!" AND SHE BELIEVED THAT WITH ALL OF HER HEART! Colleen has been a Christian nearly all of her life. She was a member of Christian Revival Center (formerly the Church of Jesus Christ) Robson under Pastors Raymond Hudnall and Dan Smith and in earlier years she attended Robson Freewill Baptist Church with Herman Williams pastor and Gail Raynes. A lifelong resident of Robson until 3 years ago when she had to make her temporary home at Montgomery General Hospital Extended Care; now in her permanent home, Heaven. Colleen was preceded in death by her husband of over 56 years, Arthur Justice; her father and mother - Hayes Taylor and Maggie (Morris) Taylor; her two brothers George Wayman Taylor and Albert (Tobe) Taylor; her two sisters – Mary Francis Taylor (who died at birth) and Thelma Braenovich; and one great granddaughter Jessica Zdanis. Surviving are her six children: Virginia Louise Chechak and husband Mike of Andalousia, Alabama, Denver Ray (Buzzy) Justice and wife, Janice of Robson, Deloris Mae Ferguson of Arcadia, Florida, Dennis Lee (Butch) Justice and wife, Patty of Byer, Ohio, Clarice Ann Rollins and husband, Nathan of Robson, and her BABY – BABY, Clara Warner (Blondie) aka Crystal of Oak Hill. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 63 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren. Colleen Justice will be sadly missed by her loving children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, her adopted family at the nursing facility (2nd floor of Montgomery General Hospital), her many nieces and nephews, all of her friends far and near, and all that knew and loved her. Services will be at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill at 2 PM Monday, May 26, 2014 with Pastor Dan Smith officiating . Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity, WV Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until service time on Monday at the funeral home.
