Virginia Faye Smith Campbell

Virginia Faye Smith Campbell, 71, of West Frankfort, IL formerly of Dothan, WV, died on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, IL. Born May 7, 1942 at Lick Fork, WV she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Nettie Stover Smith. Virginia was a homemaker. Her husband, Shirley Ray Campbell preceded her in death on October 16, 1997. She is survived by her loving family which included two daughters, Donna Hawley of Greenwood, Ark., and Rita Campbell of Scarbro; five sons, William Campbell of Oak Hill, James Campbell of West Frankfort, Ill., Andy Cambpell of Colton, CA, Victor Campbell of Scarbro and Charlie Campbell of Scarbro; four brothers, Sammy Smith, Jackie Smith, Bobby Smith and Phillip Smith all of Scarbro; three sisters, Bethel Coleman of Texas, Loretta Walker of Adkins, VA and Tammy Nady of Adkins, VA; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mrs. Campbell and her husband, Shirley will be laid to rest in joint graveside rites and committal service to be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at the Peters Cemetery in Dothan, WV with Pastor Samuel Smith officiating.
