Veda P. Craigo

Veda Pauline Waters Craigo, 81, of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, October 03, 2005 at Fayette Continuous Care Center in Fayetteville, WV following a long illness. Born June 14, 1924 at Carbondale, WV she was the daughter of the late John and Flodie Moore Waters. Mrs. Craigo was a member of the Church of God, Scott Depot, WV. She was a homemaker. Veda's family wishes to extand a heartfelt thanks to the staff of Fayette Continuous Care Center for their wonderful care. Her husband, Charles T. Craigo; daughter, Diane Moye; one brother, George Waters; and two sisters, Norma Castle and June Bays preceded her in death. Survivors include one granddaughter, Debra Caldwell of Scarbro, WV; three step-children: Renee Sorrell of Ansted, WV, Adrian Craigo of Maryland and Doug Craigo address unknown; three sisters: Beulah Demontmallin of Alabama, Isabelle Nutter of Deepwater, WV and Maxine Waters of Fayetteville, WV and by four great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, October 5, 2005, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Services will be on Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Pastor Jerry Bush officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
