Trevor Lee Cozart, age 22, of Dothan, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2015 in Reno, Nevada.
Born July 27, 1992 in Beckley, he was the son of Jimmy Cozart and Linda Fisher of Crab Orchard and Gary and Erica Richardson Ellis of Dothan.
Trevor was a customer service representative for Sheetz.
Survivors in addition to his parents include his brother Eric Cozart ad his wife, Kim of Beckley, two sisters, Andrea Wright of Charleston and Katie Ellis of Oak Hill; grandparents, Eric Richardson and wife, Joyce of Dothan and Frank and Zona Neubert of Crab Orchard; three nephews and two nieces.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, March 2, 2015 at the Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Buzz Keller and Rev. Eddie Tucker officiating.
Private burial will follow in the Ellis Family Cemetery at Dothan with a eulogy by Brandon Carag.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 12:30-1:00 PM on Monday, arch 2, 2015.
