Tresa Jackson

Tresa Mae Woods Jackson, 79, of Lochgelly, WV died on Monday, April 16, 2007 at her home. Born July 07, 1927 at Lochgelly, WV she was the daughter of the late William Gobel Woods, Sr. and Lillie Mae Robertson Woods. She was a retired Dietary Dept. Supervisor for Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill. Mrs. Jackson was a Christian. She member of the Oak Hill Gospel Tabernacle, and the A.A.R.P. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Edward Jackson on Aug 21, 2003. She was the last surviving member of the immediate family having been preceded by two brothers, Adrian Woods and William Woods, Jr., a sister, Imogene Thomas and also a granddaughter, Mary Jackson. Survivors include a son, Robert E. Jackson, Jr. and wife, Barbara of Scarbro; daugther, Sandra K. Bragg and husband, David of Lochgelly; six grandchildren, Danny and Christy Jackson; Michael and Tracy Jackson; Becky and Dwayne Moore; David Jr. and Kristy Bragg; Karen and John Legg and Larry Bragg; and great grandchildren, Daniel, Brittney, Josh, Jacob, Noah and Caitlin Jackson; Cassie and Davey Bragg; Justin and Wesley Legg and Colten and Regan Moore Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church. Services will be on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at Oak Hill Gospel Tabernacle with Rev. Robert Isaacs and Rev. Allen Gallimore officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill WV. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
