Tony Mike Bowyer , 57, of Beckley, WV died on Sunday, February 02, 2014 at at home in Beckley, WV. Born May 22, 1956 at Beckley, WV he was the son of Weldon Bowyer and the late Ina Mae Vass Bowyer. Tony was a coal miner. His former wife, Drema Lee Evans Bowyer preceded him in death. Survivors include two sons, Michael Bowyer of Beckley and Jerry Bowyer of Beckley; two daughters, Lisa Stapleton and husband, Michael II of Mabscott and Genny Bowyer of Charleston; companion, Cathy Bays of Beckley; two brothers Timmy Bowyer and John Bowyer both of Cirtsville; one sister, Annette Stover and husband, Ernie of Pax; and four grandchildren Funeral services will be on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Rev. Fred Lovell officiating. Burial will be at Pax Community Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
