Thomas Wayne Shepherd

Thomas Wayne Shepherd,51, of Oak Hill passed away Saturday, February 19, 2005 at Plateau Medical Center, Oak Hill of a massive heart attack. He was born July 12, 1953 at Oak Hill the son of Ruby Ellen Ellison Shepherd of Oak Hill and the late William Lee Shepherd, Sr. He was a retired auto salesman, member of the Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene, was an avid bowler and fisherman. Survivors include two sons, Thomas Shepherd, Jr. and Phillip Shepherd of Oak Hill; two daughters, Tracy Ann (Wayne) Danley of Oak Hill and Leslie Shepherd of Oak Hill; three grandchildren, Thomas Shepherd III, Heather Shepherd and Summer Danley; ten sisters, Karen Shepherd, Linda (Bill) Fedukovich, Judy (Jay) Arbogast all of Oak Hill, Sherri (Roger) Beane of Charleston, Nancy (Mark) Payne of Oak Hill, Robin (Brian) Chapman of Ansted, Barbara (Paul) Cobb of Page, Melanie (Mike) Fink of Oak Hill, Lovey (Doug) Humphrey of Beckley, Dawn (Mike) Whisman of Scarbro; three brothers, Michael (Marice) Shepherd of Oak Hill, David (Sharon) Shepherd of Charleston, William Jr. "Bill" (Hazel) Shepherd of Oak Hill; special cousin, Danny Ellison and companion, Natashia Walker. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill with Pastor Jerry Bush officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Friends may call Monday evening from 6 until 9 PM. Pallbearers will be Mike Fink, Brian Chapman, Doug Humphrey, Bill Fedukovich, Harley Reed, Gene Lesher and Douglas Humphrey.
