Thomas A. Dove

Thomas Austin Dove, 66, of Rt. 3 Fayetteville, WV formerly of Fairfax, VA passed away Saturday, August 2, 2008 after a long illness. Born December 13, 1941 at Burke, Virginia, he was a son of the late Manville and Elizabeth Ridgeway Dove. He was a retired food manager with the Shopper's Food Warehouse of Virginia. His first wife, Shirley Mae Doss Dove preceded him in death in 1994. Thomas was the beloved husband of, Peggy A. Smith Dove; loving father to sons, Thomas Austin Dove, Jr. and William A. Dove, and daughter, Theresa Dove. He was stepfather to Dwight Smith, Leslie Smith, Donna Rowland and Teresa Whitaker; dear brother of three sisters, Donna Rampey, Linda Dove, and Audrey Dolinger and cherished grandfather of nine. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, August 8, 2008 at Everly Funeral Home Chapel, 10565 Main Street Fairfax, VA. Burial will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park, Fairfax, VA.
