Thomas Michael Causey, 59, of Glen Jean, WV died Friday, November 7, 2014 at Plateau Medical Center, Oak Hill.
He was born March 3, 1955 at Evarts, KY, he was a son of the late Robert J. and Anna Marie Mullins Causey.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, November 10, at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Morris Nutter officiating. Burial will follow at Bibb Cemetery, Gatewood.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
