Thelma H. Lightfoot Hughes Ratliff , 87, of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born May 07, 1926 at Oak Hill, WV she was the daughter of the late Andrew Lightfoot and Georgia Lucas Lightfoot Ratkosky. Mrs. Ratliff was a member of the LifeBridge Assembly of God of Oak Hill. She was a homemaker. Her first husband, James Hughes; second husband, John Ratliff; son, Kenneth Ratliff; brothers, Robert Lightfoot, David Lee Lightfoot, Andrew J. Lightfoot and Clemor D. Lightfoot and sister, Virginia Munoz Noffsinger all preceded her in death. Survivors include her children, Ruth Ellen Holland and husband, Dennis of Eklton, KY, James Hughes and wife, Julie of Mechanicsville, MD, Susan Hughes and husband, Robert of Oak Hill, and Robert Ratliff of Oak Hill; daughter-in-law, Marie Ratliff of Beckley; stepchildren, Diana Wise of Circleville, OH and Darrell Ratliff and wife, Janet of Stoutsville, OH; thirteen grandchildren; one step grandson; eighteen great grandchildren and one step great grandson. Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Shirlie Watson officiating. Burial will be at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Oak Hill. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Friday, September 13, 2013 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
