Thelma Hill Lang

Thelma V. Hill Lang , 91, of Beards Fork, WV died on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV. Born August 29, 1920 at Kellysville, WV she was the daughter of the late Cain Benjamin “C.B.” and Mary Jane Bird Hill. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Arthur R. “Windy” Lang, daughter, Mary Lou Friley and two infant daughters preceded her in death. Survivors include three daughters, Wendy Lang Stinnett and husband, Dave of Beards Fork, Gay Thomas of Beards Fork and Ann Lowery of Campbells Creek, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren and her cats, Gra and Frazier. Graveside rites and committal service will be on Friday, July 13, 2012 at 1:30 P.M. at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity with Minster Andrew McNeely officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill on Friday, July 13, 2012 from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM. Family will serve as pallbearers.
