Teresa Yvonne Sharp

Teresa Yvonne Bowles Sharp,50,of Minden died Saturday, July 2, 2005 at Plateau Medical Center, Oak Hill after a sudden illness. She was a homemaker. Teresa loved her grandchildren and working with her flowers and yard work. She was born August 31, 1954 at Oak Hill, daughter of Veoma Morris Bowles of Oak Hill and the late Benjamin D. Bowles. She was preceded in death by one brother, Louis "Louie" Bowles on May 28, 2005 and her maternal grandparents, Ernest and Annie Morris and paternal grandparents, Benjamin and Myrtle Bowles. Surviving are her husband, Darrell R. Sharp, Sr. of Minden; two sons, Billy Humphrey and wife, Janie of Oak Hill and Darrell R. Sharp II of Minden; step daughter, Pearl Baxter of Oak Hill; eight grandchildren, Marcus Humphrey, Levi Humphrey, Britney Humphrey, Brianna Humphrey, James Allen Sharp, Darrell R. Sharp III, Jennifer Sharp and Hunter Baxter; one brother, Danny Bowles and wife, Carol of Bradley; one sister, Malinda Toney and husband, Preston of Oak Hill. Services will be Tuesday, July 5, 2005, at 2:00 PM at the Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill with Rev. Eric Dangerfield officiating. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Friends may call 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday, July 4, 2005, at the funeral home.
