Teresa Lee Hovanski Johnson, 55, of Fayetteville, WV died on Monday, May 14, 2007 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV from injuries received in an automobile accident. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, May 16, 2007, from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Memorial services will be on Thursday, May 17, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum #3 in Prosperity with Rev. James Shepherd officiating. Entombment will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Prosperity WV. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the WVU Eye Institute - Children's Vision Rehabilitation Program, ATT: Paula Lang, PO Box 9193, Morgantown WV 26506. Checks should be made payable to the WVU Foundation.
