Steven Joe Hamilton, Sr.

Steven Joe Hamilton, Sr. , 50, of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, December 21, 2008 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born October 13, 1958 at Welch, WV he was the son of the late George and Maxine Moxley Hamilton. Steven was a long distance truck driver for Warrior Express. Survivors include his wife, Elaine Harris Hamilton; two sons, Rick Blevins and wife, Nicole of Mount Hope and Steven Hamilton, Jr. and wife, Jamie of Cool Ridge; two brothers, Johnny Hamilton and wife, Judy of Glen Daniel and Mickey Hamilton and wife, Eva of Welch and two sisters, Pam Mosley of Woodbridge, VA and Sandy Bradford of Welch. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Brandon Blevins, Trinity Hamilton, Abigail Hamilton, Rick Dillon Blevins, Stevie Jo Hamilton and Cara Marie Blevins. A memorial service will be on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Church of the Brethren in Oak Hill with Rev. William Skeldon officiating.
