Stanley Dwight Williams

Stanley Dwight Williams, age 74, of Hill Top, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020.
Born May 30, 1946 at Mossy, WV, he was the son of the late Arnold and Velma Meadows Williams.
Stanley was a former truck driver and machine repairmen and served his country with the US Army during the Viet Nam War. He attended the Dothan Community Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Mae Watkins Williams; by his brothers, Norman and James Williams and by his sisters, Margaret Cobb and Laura Williams.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter and care giver Carrie Williams and daughter Melissa Williams; his grandchildren, Michael Williams, Brooke Richartz, Joyce Richartz, Tyler Mullins and Brookelynn Williams; his great grandchildren, Arthur “AJ” Adkins, Aaliyah Durham, Lili Beth Sweeney, Gracie Tolen, Ethan Tolen and Eli Tolen.
Also surviving are his brother Charles Williams and wife Charlotte of Scarbro, his sisters, Delida Giles of Tallahassee, FL, Alice Paschel of Tennessee, and Emma Mosceletto of Maryland
Graveside services with burial to follow will on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Peters Cemetery, Dothan, WV with Pastor Lum Toney officiating. Those attending the services, please wear a face mask and observe social distancing. There will be no public visitation.
Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
