Sigard "Randy" Raymond Withrow , 47, of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, November 10, 2014 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV.
Born February 27, 1967 at Cleveland, OH he was the son of the late Rhondas Lee and Linda Marie Elswick Withrow.
He was a retired self employed painter.
His wife, Tammy Marie Bragg Withrow preceded him in death.
Survivors include two sons, Raymond Lee Withrow of Ansted and Joshua Thomas Withrow of Scarbro.
Funeral services will be on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Lee Dunbar officiating. Cremation will follow. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
