Shirley Risko

Shirley May Ryder Risko, 70, of Glen Jean, WV died on Monday, September 08, 2003 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born July 28, 1933 at Hot Springs, VA she was the daughter of the late Corbett and Eugie Griffith Ryder. Mrs. Risko was a member of the SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Oak Hill, WV and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Frank Risko on Nov 16, 1998; a brother, Corbett Ryder and a sister, Anne Ryder. Survivors include Daughters: Kathy Risko of Glen Jean Barbara Coleman and husband, Otis, of Glen Jean Tammy Risko and companion, Shane Wiseman of Glen Jean Son: Bill "J.R." Risko, Jr. of Knoxville, TN Sisters: Mildred Wombold of Greenville, OH Margie Alderman of Virginia Nancy Hefner of Neola, WV Joyce Wade of Neola, WV Grandchildren: Matt and Crystal Coleman Brandon Risko Fauber Visitation will be held at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church on Thursday, September 11, 2003 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be on September 11, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Oak Hill with Father John P. McDonough officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill WV.
