Shirley Loretta Johnson

Shirley Loretta Manley Johnson, 86, of Kincaid passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at her residence.

Born August 19, 1937 in Robson, WV she was the daughter of the late Luda and Mattie Hubbard Manley.

Shirley was a homemaker, a loyal member of the Page Baptist Church, and she loved spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years Bobby Gene Johnson, granddaughters whom she loved dearly, Kimberly Johnson and Stephanie Johnson; sisters, Charlotte Taylor, Ethel Alley, Doris Manley, and Marjorie Gilliam.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her daughter, Gail Johnson; son, Steve Johnson; daughter in law, Nancy Johnson; sister, Lou Ellen McCune; grandchildren, Misty (Michael)  Stewart, Rikki (Chris) Haynes, and Jamie Foster (Trey Hendricks); great grandchildren, Braxton Foster, Mariah (Dartanian) Adams, Ayden Cook (Kelsey Gill), Bryson Manley, Braylon Pauley, Knoxlee Stover, Kade and Zhen Hendricks, Kaylee Sadie and Dawson Johnson, Raegan and Riley Walker and Bodhi Johnson; great great grandchildren, Athena and Christian Adams

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with Pastor Delmas Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Oak Hill.

Visitation for friends will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
