Sarah L. "Sally" Drake

Sarah Lee "Sally" Drake , 76, of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, June 28, 2010 at the home of her caregiver, Sue Gilkerson in Fayetteville, WV. Born March 06, 1934 at Ward, WV she was the daughter of the late Lambert Ellsworth and Alice Hannah Latham Drake. Moving to Oak Hill in 1945 Sally was a 1952 graduate of Collins High School. She worked for many years at the Oak Hill Theater. Sally was a talented artist and musician who had dedicated her life to the arts. She was a former member of the Fayette County Community Chorus. She is survived by several cousins. Always a caring individual, it was her request that her body be donated to the Marshall University School of Medicine so that she would continue to be of help to others.
