Sandra Kay Smith , 62, of Arlington, VA formerly of Oak Hill and Charleston, WV died on Friday, November 12, 2010 at the Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA. Born December 07, 1947 in West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Ernie Virgil and Evelyn Priddy Smith. She was an Administrative Assistant for the US Government. A brother, Ernie Virgil Smith, Jr. preceded her in death. She is survived by a sister,s Ruby Smith of Arlington, VA and Louise Fleshman of Hyattsville, MD and a nephew, Craig Allen Fleshman of Hyattsville, MD. Graveside rites and committal services will be on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill with Rev. William Slates officiating. Burial will follow.
