Sandra Dawn Fleming Howard , 40, of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, October 04, 2010 at CAMC - Memorial Division in Charleston, WV. Born August 16, 1970 at Beckley, WV she was the daughter of Barbara Ann Blevins Louisos of Oak Hill and Roy Earl Fleming of Oak Hill. She was a Dental Hygienist for Dr. Kevin Bailey in Beckley. Miss Howard was a member of the Summerlee Wesleyan Church. She was an honor graduate from Oak Hill High School class of 1988 and attended West Virginia University. She was a US Air Force veteran having served during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one daughter, Rebekka (Jordyn) Howard of Oak Hill, one son, Jason Brandan Howard, II of Oak Hill, two sisters, Shelley Fleming Cohen of Bossier City, LA and Summer Ginette Fleming of Oak Hill, a half-brother, Shawn Lavender of Fayetteville as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Jerry Perkins officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home on Friday, October 8, 2010 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
