Samuel "Sam the Cab Man" Dean Legg , 50, of Oak Hill, WV died on Saturday, February 09, 2013 at his home. Born March 22, 1962 at Oak Hill, WV he was the son of Lena Musselwhite Legg of Oak Hill, WV and the late Ernest Legg. He was a Cab Driver and a disabled US Navy veteran. Sam was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Judith "Judy" Loudin Legg, two daughters, Felica Legg-Curl and husband, William of California and Samantha Legg of Oak Hill, sister, Judy Martin and John Woodrum of Oak Hill and two grandchildren, Jarrod and Shalynn. A visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill on Thursday, January from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM after which he will be cremated. The family requests there be no flowers.
