Samuel Glen Frazier

April 12, 1922 — October 8, 2003

Samuel Glenn Frazier, 81, a life long resident of Page, WV went to be with Jesus and his lovely bride, Mildred, on Wednesday, October 08, 2003 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV following a short illness. Born April 12, 1922 at Page, WV he was the son of the late Samuel H. and Lillian Violet Frazier. Mr. Frazier was a member of the Page Baptist Church, Page, WV, 50 year member of the Oak Hill Lodge #120 A.F. and A.M.; a member of the White Oak Chapter National Railroad Historical Society; a former Scout Leader and Assistant Scout Master. Mr. Frazier was a retired railroader. He started as a Messenger Boy on the Virginian Railroad and retired 42 years later as an Agent for the Norfolk and Southern. He was preceded in death by his his wife, Mildred Louise Haynie Frazier on June 25, 1989 and sisters, Audrey and Beulah Kincaid. Survivors include Son: Terry Frazier of Kincaid Daughter: Deborah E. Boyette and husband, Bruce of Plant City, FL Special sisters and brothers: Marlene, Joyce, Bob and Bill Grandchildren: Lori, Matthew, Samuel and Stephanie and special child: "Daisy" Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Friday, October 10, 2003, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Services will be on Saturday, October 11, 2003, at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Delmas Wolfe officiating. Burial will be at Montgomery Memorial Park, Montgomery WV.
