Drema S. Vance Helton

Drema Sue Vance Helton , 61, of Mount Hope, WV died on Tuesday, March 01, 2011 at her home. Born March 18, 1949 at Mount Hope, WV she was the daughter of the late McKinley and Hattie Martin Vance. Drema was a member of the Calvary Chapel, Beckley and a homemaker. Her husband, Jerry Lee Helton, Sr. preceded her in death on May 13, 2009. She was also preceded by three infant brothers and two brothers, William Kenneth Vance and James David Vance. Survivors include two sons, Jerry Helton, Jr. and wife, Amy of Beckley and Jason Vance Helton and companion, Jenny of Mount Hope, five sisters, Mamie Cole of Indiana, Mary Garrett of Ohio, Ethel Johnson of Mount Hope, Alice Coleman of Scarbro and Betty Burton of Rt 1 Mount Hope and two brothers, Donald Mack Vance of Ohio and Archie Vance of Fayetteville. She is also survived by one granddaughter, Jamie Helton and two grandsons, Jonas Helton and Justin Helton. Funeral services will be on Friday, March 4, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, in Mount Hope with Pastor Eddie Skaggs officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity.
