Ruth Elswick Fugate

Ruth Yvonne Elswick Fugate, 37, of Page, died Thursday, July 3, 2003 from injuries received in an automobile accident on Rt. 61 near Ingram Branch, WV. Ruth was born October 25, 1965 at Beckley, the daughter of Arnold William Elswick and the late Jerry Beatrice Buckner Elswick. She was an employee of Mountain State University, Beckley in the Testing and Tutoring Center, and a member of the Rock Assembly, Kilsyth Road, Mount Hope. Survivors besides her father, are 2 half brothers, Clifford Glenn Morris and Michael Swafford both of Charleston. Services Monday, July 7, 2003 at 2:00 P. M. at the Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill with Pastor Malina Adkins officiating. Burial in the Kincaid Cemetery, Kincaid. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
