Ruby Mann

Ruby Catherine Roby Mann, 83, of Oak Hill, WV died Saturday, July 30, 2005 at Davis Memorial Hospital, Elkins, WV. Born September 14, 1921 at Kanawha Head, WV she was the daughter of the late Houston Grant and Cosby Burdett Crawford Roby. She was a retired stripping worker for a foam gasket manufacturer and a homemaker. She was of the Presbyterian faith. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Junior Mann; three sons, Samuel K. Mann, Houston J. Mann and John L. Mann and one sister, Marjorie Mann. Survivors include one daughter, Dottie L. Ziegler of Novi, MI; three sons, Roger C. Mann of Scarbro, WV, Ray J. Mann of Marlinton, WV and William P. "Bill" Mann of Hillsboro, WV; one half-brother, Kenneth Roby of Oklahoma; twenty grandchildren; thirty-two great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. Friend may call Monday, August 1, 2005 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at VanReenen Funeral Home, Marlinton, WV. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 2, 2005, at the New Vision Praise and Worship Center, Marlinton, WV with Pastor Richard Wanless officiating. Mrs. Mann will be taken to Michigan for an additional visitation on Thursday, August 4, 2005 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Kinsey-Garrett Funeral Home, Royal Oak MI. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Friday, August 8, 2005 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the White Chapel Memorial Cemetery, Royal Oak, MI.
