Ruby Jane Duncan

Ruby Jane Plumb Duncan, 55, of Rt 1 Fayetteville, WV died on Tuesday, July 01, 2008 at her home. Born September 23, 1952 at Minden, WV she was the daughter of Wanda Rainwater of Oak Hill, WV and the late Wallace R. Plumb. She was a retired manager for Mountaineer Mart in Oak Hill. The family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice of Southern West Virginia for their loving care and devotion during Ruby's illness. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband, Harold W. Duncan; one son, Robert D. Wood of Oak Hill; a grandson, Wesley C. Wood of Oak Hill; two sisters, Beverly Jones and husband, Wayne of Chicago, IL and Carrie Plumb of Oak Hill and three brothers, Frank Plumb and wife, Linda of Illinois, Wallace D. Plumb of Oak Hill and Richard L. Plumb of Oak Hill. Services will be on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Pastor Jerry Bush officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill WV. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
