Rozella Carol Foster Fitzwater , 68, of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. Born March 29, 1944 at Wriston, WV she was the daughter of the late Orval and Demple Alice Bowe Foster. She was Office Manager for Coal and Quarry Miner's Exchange of Oak Hill. Brother, Kenneth Paul Foster and sisters, Shelba Jean Taylor and Kateryn Mae Kincaid preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Bill Fitzwater, one son, Todd Andrew Fitzwater of Oak Hill, two brothers, Stanley O. Foster of Oak Hill and Jack L. Foster of Bluewell, four sisters, Linda L. Campbell of Oak Hill, Joanna Helen Smith of Dunbar, Sandra Kay Sharp of Cleveland, Tenn. and Ruth Ellen Busby of Rock Hill, SC and one granddaughter, Amanda Raven Lambert of Fayetteville Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Ralph Shupe officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Friday, April 27, 2012 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
