Roy E. Treadway, Jr.

Roy "Eddie" Edward Treadway Jr., 52, of Mount Hope, WV died on Sunday, February 12, 2006 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born February 09, 1954 at Oak Hill, WV he was the son of the late Roy Edward Treadway, Sr. and Gladys Nadine Craigo Treadway. Mr. Treadway was of the Baptist faith and a US Army veteran. He was a carpenter. One brother, Ronald F. Treadway preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Mullins Treadway; one son, George Edward Alonzo Treadway of Mount Hope, WV; two daughters, Beatrice Christina Garrett of Charlotte, NC and Shannon Irene Brucker of Salisburg, NC; one step-son, Dallas Moles, Jr. of Mount Hope, WV; four brothers, Dennis W. Treadway and David Lee Treadway both of Mount Hope,WV, George Treadway of Sweetwater, TN and Thomas D. Treadway of Ladson, SC; two sisters, Elizabeth Carter of Sophia, WV and Alice Davis of Sweetwater, TN and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the First Church of God, Mount Hope on Thursday, February 16, 2006, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Services will be on Friday, February 17, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the First Church of God in Mount Hope with Rev. Ronnie Stapleton officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill WV.
