Rosemary Boardwine Wriston

Our loving wife, mother and grandmother, Rosemary Boardwine Wriston, 64, of Scarbro, WV was serenaded by the angels into the gates of Heaven on Friday, January 16, 2009. Born January 22, 1944 at Carlisle, WV she was the daughter of Katherine Miller Boardwine of Fayetteville, WV and the late Clifford Boardwine. Mrs. Wriston was a member of the Mossy Living Word Church and a homemaker. Her son-in-law, Danny Williams, preceded her in death. In addition to her mother, Rosemary is survived by her husband, Raymond Willis Wriston whom she married on November 10, 1961; two sons, Raymond Wriston, Jr. of Scarbro and Clifford Wriston of Fayetteville; two daughters, Deanna Williams of Scarbro and Ruth Williams and husband, Danny of Belle; one brother, Tom Boardwine of Fayetteville and three sisters, Patty Beverly of Olmstead Falls, OH, JoAnn McGraw of Fayetteville and Barbara Robertson of Hico. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Ashley and Joey Williams and C.J., Preston and Caleb Wriston and by several nieces and nephews. Services will be on Monday, January 19, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Mossy Living Word Church in Mossy with Rev. Paul Basham officiating. Burial will be at Tyree Cemetery, Plum Orchard WV. Visitation will be held at Mossy Living Word Church on Sunday, January 18, 2009 from 6:00 PM.
