Rose Carol Craddock

Rose Carol Stines Craddock, 72, of Oak Hill, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley.

Born January 23, 1952, at Grundy, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late George D. and Pauline (Cecil) Stines.

Rose was a former school cook for Raleigh County Schools. In her leisure she enjoyed riding Harley’s with her husband, traveling, loved going to the beach, and loved to be on her phone.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother, George Stines; and sister, Patricia Thompson.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving and devoted husband of 54 years, Kenneth Craddock; two daughters, Cecilia Dalton of Beckley and Tina Vance and her husband, Mark of Beckley; one son, Kenny Craddock and his wife, Erica of Oak Hill; eight grandchildren, Brittany, Megan, Ashley, Kendra, Tristan, Chloe, Kash, Kage, and Adam; eight great grandchildren; and one sister, Vickie Jo Harris of Colorado.

Services will be 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill with Pastor Delmas Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in the Pax Community Cemetery, Pax.

Friends may call one hour prior to services Wednesday at the funeral home.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
