Roger L. Williams

Roger L. Williams, 48, of Toledo, OH formerly of Mount Hope, WV died Monday, January 29, 2007 in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Born April 16, 1958 at Toledo, OH he was the son of Richard L. Williams of Mount Hope, WV and the late Janice Eddington Williams Russell. His stepmother, who helped raise him, Frances Pricilla Canterbury Williams preceded him in death. Roger owned and operated Beck's Towing for more than 12 years. In his spare time he enjoyed fixing cars. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his fiancee', Chris Korzeniewski and one daughter, Rebecca Williams both of Toledo, OH; two sisters, Patricia "Trish" Campbell and her husband, John of Defiance, MO and their son, Keith of Arcadia, CA and Pamela Peterman of Cincinnati, OH; brother, Rick Williams and his wife, Betty of Beckley, WV; his future in-laws, Lester and Betty Curtis and family of Toledo, OH and by many dear friends. Visitation will be at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Road, Toledo, OH on Thursday, February 1, 2007, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society.
