Roger Dean "O-Ring" Humphrey

Roger "O-Ring" Dean Humphrey , 62, of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at his home. Born August 08, 1950 at Kilsyth, WV he was the son of Doris Cumbow Humphrey of Oak Hill, WV and the late Aubrey Humphrey. He was an employee of Republic Energy at Kingston an affiliate of Alpha Natural Resources. Roger attended Gentry Missionary Baptist Church, Sanger. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Darlene Fay Berry Humphrey, one son, Bryan Humphrey of Oak Hill, one brother, Kevin Humphrey and wife, Toni of York, SC, and three sisters, Connie Ellison and husband, Stan of Beckley, Yvonne Boles and husband, Ivan of Beckwith and Cheryl Bishop and husband, Gene of Craigsville. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Justin Humphrey and Madison Brooke Humphrey both of Oak Hill. Funeral services will be on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Gentry Missionary Baptist Church in Sanger with Pastor Bill Drennen officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park., Oak Hill. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church.
