Robert J. Williams, 77, of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, April 17, 2006 at Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley, WV. Bobby was loved by all who knew him. He will be missed. Born October 24, 1928 at Logan, WV he was the son of the late Richard and Beulah Duty Williams. He was a disabled coal miner. Mr. Williams was a member of the Apostolic Holiness Church, Oak Hill, WV. He was a member of the Oak Hill Lodge No. 120 A.F. & A.M. and the Max Tyree Barber Shop Club. Two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. Survivors include wife, Eva Mae Stover Williams; one daughter, Sherri (E.G.) Treadway of Oak Hill; five sons, Johnny R. (Katy M.) Williams of Mt. Olive, NC, Robert Lee "Bobbie" Stover of Dudley, NC, Robert Williams, Jr. of Charleston, George F. (Colleen) Williams of Glen Burnie, MD and Jerry Williams of Oak Hill; one sister, Barbara Farley of Shefield, OH; one brother, Thomas Darrell Williams of Pueblo, CO; six grandchildren, Michael Shannon Williams, Mitzi Crouse, Lee Ann Lee, Christopher Treadway, Chad Treadway and Trent Willilams; three great grandchildren and a great aunt, Della Elswick of Fayetteville. Visitation will be held at Apostolic Holiness Church, Oak Hill on Thursday, April 20, 2006, from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Services will be on Friday, April 21, 2006, at 11:00 A.M. at Apostolic Holiness Church in Oak Hill with Rev. Carlos Lewis officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill WV with masonic graveside rites by Oak Hill Lodge No. 120 A.F.& A.M. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
