Robert Lee Fralin, IV

Robert Lee Fralin IV was born still sleeping on April 2, 2025, at Raleigh General Hospital. He was the son of Robert (Trey) Fralin III and Amy Monk of Mullens, WV. He was already such a blessing to the lives of his parents, family, and friends and is loved and missed beyond measure.

Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, his big sister Eliza Jo, his Great-Grandmother Freda Monk Covell (Reese Harmon Ridge), Grandmother Elizabeth Fralin (Mullens, WV) , Grandparents Ricky & Cindy Monk (Bud, WV), and his beloved Aunts- Stephanie Fralin & family (Beckley, WV), Virginia Fralin & family (Corinne, WV), Allison Fralin & family (Mullens, WV), and Kristie Monk & companion (Rock Hill, SC), and a host of great-aunts and uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his PawPaw Robert Lee (Buck) Fralin Jr., Great-grandparents Robert Lee (Bob-O) Fralin Sr. & Virginia (Macy) Spencer Fralin, Gid & Violet Maynard, Johnny W. Monk, Ronald Covell, Joseph P. Mills, and Lucy Loraine Mills, and so many other precious loved ones on both sides.

We would like to think that PawPaw Buck already has Little Quaddie greasing a coal truck, and is patiently waiting for us in a much better place.

There will be no services held for Robert IV, but the family would like to thank Raleigh General L&D for their personable and delicate care for Amy during this time. Tyree Funeral Home for their services and the immediate response to our needs. Jason & Mandy Mullins & staff (The Rebel Smokehouse) for their unconditional love, support, and service to the family during this time.
