Richard Dwayne Stevens , 53, of Oak Hill, WV died on Thursday, February 07, 2013 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born February 15, 1959 at Richwood, WV he was the son of Violet Carol Ramsey of Anderson, SC and the late Ronald Hoffman. He was a disabled service manager for Tire Exchange. Richard was a US Navy veteran. In addition to his mother, Richard is survived by his wife, Kay White Stevens; three sons, Richard J. Stevens of Simpsonville, SC Levi Stevens of Fountain Inn, SC and Zachary Stevens of Oak Hill; one brother, Michael Stevens of S; a sister, Carol Elaine Stevens of SC and three grandchildren. in accordance with his wishes Mr. Stevens was cremated.
