Born May 26, 1965 at Elyria, OH he was the son of Carol Settle and Charles Rangnow of Robson, WV
He was a cook for Shoney's.
Richard was a member of the Robson Freewill Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister, Lorrie Carroll Roberson of Norfolk, VA.
Richard was cremated. Private services will be held at a later date.
