Rhonda Lynn Parks, 65, of Lynchburg, VA gained her eternal wings on Thursday, October 6, 2022.
Born May 28, 1957, in New Bern, NC she was the daughter of the late Donald E. Parks and Betty Burrows Hobby.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald E. Parks, Jr. and James Davidson.
Those left to cherish her memory include two sisters, Carrie Scarbro (husband Rick) of Mount Hope, WV. And Nicole Slaughter (husband Merv) of Fayetteville, WV.; also, several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Rhonda's greatest source of love and joy in life was unmistakably, her sister Carrie. During visits just hearing Carrie's voice would result in Rhonda “coming alive” with smiles and laughter. The divine bond they share will eternally be in our hearts.
The family would like to express our gratitude for all of Rhonda's caregivers throughout the years. A very special thanks to Samantha (and Donna) who provided great compassion and continual support in these last months. Thank You!
