Rebecca Lynn "Becky" Wriston

Rebecca “Becky” Lynn Wriston, 53, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024 in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born March 5, 1971 in Oak Hill, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Leon and Rhonda Lynn (Burnside) Sharp. In addition to her parents, she is also proceeded in death by her little brother, James Cameron Sharp.

Becky was a homemaker. Her family meant everything to her. She loved life and all of its smallest moments. She surrounded herself with people, family, and friends and would do anything for any one at anytime. Becky was a kind and compassionate woman who treated everyone with unconditional love. Her ability to spread laughter, joy, and give confidence for everyone to be uniquely beautiful and bold will forever be cherished. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving and devoted husband, Dwayne Wriston; two sons Michael Smith and wife Barbara, Dwayne Wriston II and wife Kari; daughter Jessica Miller and husband Daniel Miller; She was also affectionately known as “Grammy” to her twelve grandchildren Cameron Wriston, Joseph Chandler, Keira Smith, David Dent, Kinley Wriston, Annabelle Miller, Valerie Dent, Addison Miller, Kiley Smith, Logan Miller, Nyla Wriston, and Shiloh Wriston; One sister Marie Lesher and husband Gene; two brothers Raymond “Buddy” Sharp and Richard Sharp. 

Services will be held at 12 Noon, Friday, November 15, 2024 at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill. 

Friends may visit one hour prior to services Friday at the Funeral Home. 

Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
