Randall "Randy" Long

Randall "Randy" Wade Long, 49, of Daniels, WV, WV formerly of Clear Creek, WV died on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born October 15, 1959 at Beckley, WV he was the son of Freeman and Allie Irene Jewell Long of Sinks Grove, WV formerly of Clear Creek. Randy helped his father on the family farm in Monroe County. He attended the Dorothy Assembly of God Church. In addition to his parents he is survived by his companion, Judy Lilly of Daniels; one daughter, Stacy Carroll of South Charleston; three sons, Andrew Long of Belle, Brian Long of Dry Creek and Derrick Long of Dry Creek and two sisters, Pamela Long Elder and companion, James Gagne of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Paula Long of Beckley. Also surviving are three grandchildren; three nieces, Amy Birchfield, Mary Beth Garcia and husband, Mark and Hollie Ann Birchfield and a nephew, Cheyne Elder. Services will be on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Rev. Jerry Pauley officiating. Entombment will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Prosperity. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope on Friday, January 30, 2009 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Pallbearers will be Mark Garcia, Cheyne Elder, David Vandall, John Fornash, James Gagne and Donnie Jewell.
