Primo Joseph Cavallini , 84, of Oak Hill, WV died on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. Born July 22, 1925 at Luzerene, PA he was the son of the late Ezio and Augusta DiClementi Cavallini. He was a retired upholsterer for Maintenance Department of the University of Delaware. Mr. Cavallini was a member of the God of Prophecy Church in New Castle, DC. He enjoyed painting, leather crafting, playing computer games, crossword puzzles and cryptograms. He served in the US Navy during World War II. A son, Mark Cavallini preceded him in death. Survivors include wife, Virginia Helen Huff Cavallini; son, Mario Cavallini of Woodbury, NJ; a daughter, Mary Ann Cavallini of Sewell, NJ; two step-sons, Donald Treadway of Fayetteville and Kevin Treadway of Beckley; step-daughter, Kathy Treadway of Fayetteville; a sister, Yvonne Hricak of Hershey, PA; eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Services will be on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at R.T. Foard and Jones Inc., 122 West Main Street, Newark, DC 19711. Burial will follow at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery in Bear, DE.
