Ms. Phyllis June Evans Logan, 64, of Orlando, FL formerly of Bradley, WV died on Thursday, February 02, 2006 at HCR Manor Center in Winter Park, FL. Born February 18, 1941 at Price Hill, WV she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Brookie Williams Evans. Eight brothers, Norman, Larry, Jerry, Roger, Ray, Andy, Jimmy and Garrett Evans and two sisters, Marie Shepherd and Hazel Sweeney preceded her in death. Survivors include daughters, Teresa Durden and Linda O'Connor both of Orlando, FL; one son, Paul Logan, Jr. of Orlando, FL; seven grandsons, Timothy, Derek, Justin, Cody, Christopher, Wesley and Casey and one granddaughter, Victoria, all of Orlando, FL; two brothers, Carlos Evans and wife, Mary, of Ameagle, WV and Denny Evans of Charlottesville, VA and three sisters, Jean Webb and husband, David, of Sand Branch, WV, Joan Taylor and husband, Mitchell, of Clear Creek, WV and Sharon Basham of Coal City, WV. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope, WV on Sunday, February 5, 2006, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Services will be on Sunday, February 5, 2006, at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope with Rev. Forrest Gray officiating. Burial will be at Maynor Cemetery, Maynor WV.
