Phoebe Nora Bolden Thacker , 73, of Gatewood, WV died on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV.
Born July 09, 1943 at Pikeville, KY she was the daughter of the late Willard and Osie Justice Bolden.
Her husband, Billy Earl Thacker; brother, Charles; and sisters, Edith and Gladys preceded her in death.
Survivors include daughter, Tina (Joe) Newhouse of Fayetteville; sons, Willard (Candy) Thacker of Garland, TX and Jamie Thacker of Fayetteville, brothers, Fred, Grover and Everett; sisters, Lois and Margaret; and grandchildren, Brandon (Cindy), Cody, Antonieta, Alyssa, Destiny and Caitlyn.
Services will be on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Pastor Grover Bolden and Pastor Fred Bolden officiating. Burial will be at Bibb Cemetery, Gatewood. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
