Phillip Rock Bonifacio

Phillip Rock Bonifacio, 47, of Mount Hope, WV died on Sunday, March 08, 2009 at his home. Born January 22, 1962 at Beckley, WV he was the youngest son of Floyd and Phyllis Davis Bonifacio of Mount Hope. Rock worked with his family at the Bon Bon Confectionary and Hardware Store in Mount Hope. He enjoyed the outdoors and liked to hunt, fish and raise a garden. In addition to his parents two brothers, Doug Bonifacio and wife, Karen of Beckley and Dean Bonifacio and wife, Lori of Grandview, survive him. He also leaves behind many friends who knew if you counted Rock as your friend, you had a true friend. Services will be on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Rev. Mike Kessinger officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV. Friends may call from 12:30 PM until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Sam Spadaro, Joey Pruitt, Ken Maynor, Steve Johnson, Clarence Thompson, Steve Matheny and Bill Pettry will serve as pallbearers.
