Penny Ann Cincinnati, 61, of Summersville, WV entered her heavenly home on Monday, February 11, 2019.
Born October 14, 1957 at Montgomery, WV, she was the daughter of John Cincinnati of Falling Waters, WV and the late Patricia Cincinnati.
She shares her heavenly home with her son, Jonathan Skaggs, her mother, Patricia, maternal grandmother, Zelpha Sparks, paternal grandparents, Clara and Joseph Cincinnati.
Penny is survived by her companion Eugene Endicott who was the love of her life.
Also surviving are her daughters Shawnea Alberston (Ryan) and Christina DeLung (Frankie), along with her grandchildren Jacob, Haden, Josh, Carson, and Raegan.
Those also left to cherish her memory are Eugene's children who she treated as her own, Tara Viars (Darin), Shawn Endicott (Leigh Ann), Terry Taylor (Josh), Kelly Smoot (Rick), and Brian Endicott and grandchildren Angela, Darin, Rayana, Derrick, Hunter, Calvin, Lauren, Charlena, Destynee, Kaydence, Gabrielle, Greyson, Holly, and Adalynn.
She also leaves behind her sister Pamela Sells, and brothers, Joseph Cincinnati and Father Anthony Cincinnati, as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her beloved dog, Della Rose.
Penny was a former paramedic for Jan Care and KCEAA. She was a strong determined lady who fought her way through many battles in her life. She will be loved and missed greatly.
"God saw she was getting tired and a cure was not to be so he put his arms around her and said come with me."

Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm Friday, February 15, 2019 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill.
Services will be on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Father Anthony Cincinnati officiating. Burial will be at Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville.
