Pauline Audrey Gillenwater Rhodes

Pauline Audrey Gillenwater Rhodes , 88, of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at the home of her daughter, Barbara. Born August 28, 1924 at McComas, WV she was the daughter of the late William Harvey and Dora Mae Gills Gillenwater. Mrs. Rhodes was a member of the Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene. Eight brothers, Clarence Gillenwater, Samuel Gillenwater, Harvey Gillenwater, Alvie Gillenwater, Raymond Gillenwater, David Gillenwater, Joe Gillenwater and Franklin D. Gillenwater; and four sisters, Corinne Hedger, Gertrude Ammerman, Thelma Gillenwate and Elvie Gillenwater preceded him in death. Survivors include one son, Tim Rhodes and wife, Beverly of Oak Hill; daughter, Barbara Dunlap and husband, Michael of Oak Hill; one brother, Mack Gillenwater of Princeton; four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Mrs. Rhodes was cremated. A memorial service will be on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Jerry Bush officiating.
